With the rapid development of digital design and manufacture technology,traditional inspection technology is difficult to meet the requirements of high precision,intelligence and automation,the digital detection technology based on MBD is promoted to improve the intelligence of the testing process.In this paper,based on the characteristics of complex parts with a huge number detection features,multiple inspection information and high precision requirements,the paper presents the key technology of digital detection based on MBD in CATIA platform,achieving acquire information,process plan,and program automatically without any other platform.The paper constructs and designs the digital inspection system based on MBD technology,and four key technologies are studied in digital inspection process technology,they are free-form surface layout,inspection path optimization and measurement machine driven.In construction and design of digital inspection system,putting forward to the six parts in digital inspection system composed of inspection process planning,inspection process optimization,testing process approval,testing implementation and result expression,quality analysis and data transmission and management,describes and analyzes each layer of the structure and content in detail.In the process of obtaining inspection information,firstly the B-Rep information of the inspection model is extracted,then fillet surface and torus data created by transition features were suppressed,the features are extracted and identified by the extracted geometric data and topology data,then,according to the MBD information of the detection model,the inspection data is extracted automatically and the associated plane is analyzed,combining with the feature recognition results to determine the inspection characteristics of the test items and the specific location.In the key technology of free-form surface,given the existing adaptive algorithm can't be applied efficiently in engineering,on the base of equidistant inspection points,proposing the method of real-time reconstruction of inspection points to guide the coordinate measuring machine increase points automatically.In the key technology of detection path planning,the constrained model is established based on polychromatic sets to ensure the minimum change times and the shortest path,planning path according to the same probe,the same attachment plane,nearest principle and distance threshold control.Finally,data will be planned and output according to the format of the DMIS file,and adding the appropriate drive statement to achieve the testing equipment drive according to different types of testing equipment.The research results of this subject provide the basis for the construction of digital inspection system and the improvement of inspection technology for aviation enterprises,and also provide a reference for the future digital inspection technology research.
