Carbon nanotubes have been widely concerned because they have excellent performance in the electrical components, nano technology, aerospace and other fields, the performance of all aspects has been greatly influenced by their uniformity of dispersion.Accurate evaluation of carbon nanotube dispersion uniformity has important guiding significance to the preparation and application of carbon nanotubes thin film.The dispersion techniques such as mechanical agitation, ultrasonic processing and centrifugal processing had been Combined for realizing the monodisperse of carbon nanotubes in aqueous medium. The carbon nanotubes thin film was fabricated with monodispersion solution of multi-walled carbon nanotubes through vacuum filtration method.Based on box-counting method of carbon nanotubes distribution in the solution and the mathematical model of distribution uniformity. Based on box-counting method and multifractal theory of carbon nanotubes thin film uniformity of the dispersed phase dispersed mathematics mode. Using dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer to test film mechanical properties and studying the relationship between the film uniformity and the mechanical properties. Using the four point probe resistance measuring instrument and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer to test strain sensing properties of carbon nanotubes thin film and studying the relationship between the film uniformity and sensing properties.Quantitative evaluation system for carbon nanotubes dispersion situation has been established by MATLAB. The main content included : relationship between Carbon nanotubes' distribution uniformity in solution with their Zeta potential value; the affections of Carbon nanotubes thin films' distribution uniformity on films' tensile sensor and mechanical properties.
