Today, frequency control and soft started technology to bring production efficiency and energy-saving effect for mine, but also introduce harmonics to mine supply network, adversely affecting their normal operation and security of supply. APF is the main trend current of the harmonics and reactive power comprehensive management, but its use in coal mines in the country is still in their infancy, many issues that need further discussion and improvement, and therefore this paper will apply it to the coal mine has far-reaching practical significance.This paper presents a more advanced, eliminating the need for complex coordinate transformation harmonic detection algorithm, the algorithm is simple, low delay, effectively improving the APF real-time compensation, and on this basis, proposes a strong robust, feature-based window lock system. It is in grid voltage swells, sags, power grid voltage phase jump, and voltage harmonics, which do not contain ideal network environment, you can still accurately track phase. The structure is simple and the robustness is strong. Effective combination of both, can mine APF harmonic effectively compensate and improve the power grid environment, improve the APF timeliness compensation, and on this basis, we propose having a strong Lu stick in nature, based on the window function lock system. It is in grid voltage swells, sags, power grid voltage phase jump, and voltage harmonics, which do not contain ideal network environment, it can still accurately track the phase, simple structure, good robustness. Effective combination of both, can mine APF harmonic effectively compensate and improve the power grid environment. The second part is comparing advantages and disadvantages of the hysteresis control and the triangular wave control mode, it decided to use hysteresis control mode which has fast response, good anti-interference, simple control and high precision tracking.Finally, APF experimental system set up by the simulation and experimental results verify the detection and control methods in this paper can meet the requirements of the coal mine for the harmonic governance.
