In the process of the continuous development of society,with the continuous improvement of industrial production level,the power quality is more and more affected and continuously reduced,among which the biggest impact comes from harmonic pollution and reactive power loss.Today,with the development of power electronics,the serious harmonic pollution and the lack of reactive power are inseparable.More and more power electronic devices and updated electrical products have become the largest harmonic source in the power supply system.At the same time,some power electronic devices consume a lot of reactive power because of their low power factor,which reduces the power quality.In the aspect of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression,sometimes the reactive power compensation device will produce additional harmonics while improving the power factor,which will increase the harmonic pollution,resulting in the loss of reactive power,thus reducing the power factor and sharply reducing the power quality.Taking jiutaiyingcheng coal mine as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of harmonics and reactive power in the mine power supply system.Combined with the research results of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation at home and abroad,it compares the common reactive power compensation schemes,and selects the static var compensator SVG as the compensation device.This paper focuses on the analysis of the basic principle and working characteristics of SVG,introduces two control methods of direct control and indirect control,and applies the direct control method to the compensation system of SVG.In order to effectively compensate the reactive power and harmonics in the system,the harmonic current and reactive current of the system are detected quickly and accurately.The hardware and software design scheme of SVG compensation system is given,and the general principle block diagram of SVG compensation system is drawn.Taking TMS320F2407 chip as the main control chip,the hardware part and software design module are designed.The simulation test and data analysis of APF and SVG device put into test show that this scheme can play the expected effect in reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression,and can operate stably,effectively improve the power factor of the mine,make it reach the national standard,improve the power supply quality of the power supply and distribution system,and save the power consumption.The innovation of this paper is that according to the current technical situation,people usually use active power filter APF to solve the harmonic problem,and use static var compensator SVG in reactive power compensation.In this project,the author studies the two and provides a solution to the problem of harmonic and reactive power compensation at the same time,so that the two devices can form the effect of "learning from each other" and achieve better power output.
