In order to study the dust transport law and dust-falling effects in excavation roadway under different ventilation modes and technical conditions such as dust removal by ventilation, dust control by air curtain and super fine water mist dust fall and others, this article formulates comprehensive experimental platform design scheme which is based on tunnel design principles and associated with each principle of dust-falling technology, the main contents include:In the basic parameters aspect, designing the geometric model of the experimental roadway according to the proportion of 1:1, determining net sectional area is 12m2, length is 60m and slope is 3%o. According to the "mining design manual", "coal mine safety regulations" and other relevant principles, devising water and power supply, sewage and others experimental system. Taking the funnel suction nozzle type dust generator as the dust source which can make dust samples controllable and continuous supply. In the dust removal by ventilation aspect, at the limited experimental conditions, calculating the requested air volume and pressure of local ventilation, provide fan and air duct types and collocation schemes which can suit different ventilation modes. Utilizing numerical simulation method to determine the optimum location between the air duct opening and the working face respectively is 3(?)S, (?)S and Lforced= (6?6.5)(?)S, Lexhaust?1.3(?)S when the mode is forced ventilation, exhaust ventilation and the forced(with long duct) fan accompanied with short duct exhaust ventilation. In the dust control by air curtain aspect, based on the slot jet principle, putting forward the scheme of dust control by air curtain and the key parameters of air curtain jet device, power device, the compressed air pipeline and other systems. In the aspect of super fine water mist dust fall taking the "cloud" physics and mist condensation nucleation mechanism as the guidance, based on the analysis of factors of spray effect, determining facilities parameters of the spray device, pressure generating device, water supply device, water treatment device, nozzle and others.After many arguments, experimental platform can approximately simulate the aspirating and dust-falling effects of coal tunneling working face under variable parameters and a variety of techniques at the same time, break through the limitations of pure numerical simulation and underground experiment. It has high practical value in study of dust removal mechanism and related technical parameters optimization.
