In nature, ion channels can have responseto the specific molecule, ions, and it plays a very key role in maintaining the normal operation of the human body life. Inspired by biological ion channels, biomimetic nanochannels have attracted widespread attention because of its strong mechanical and chemical properties. The response performance of the system is produced by interaction between target molecules and ligands which was modified onto the surface of nanochannel. And the most of interaction is based on the weak interaction, such as hydrogen bonding, electrostatic interaction.Especially, chemosensors based on the calixarene have high selectivity, and strong anti-jamming capability, and can be used in actual sample tests.Therefore, design and development of biomimetic nanochannels based on calixarene has a very important role in the simulation and study the biology of material transmission. This paper has carried out the research work of the following four aspects:Firstly, the construction of aldehyde calixarene functional bionic nanochannel and its selective response of arginine via click chemistry. The combining aldehyde calixarene with the specificity of the arginine can change the electric charge on the surface of the channel, and further change the transmission capacity of electrolyte in the nanometer channel, thus it can realize selective response of arginine.Secondly, a calixarene aza crown functional biomimetic nanochannel was designed and constructed, which could show specific response for fluorine ion through the interaction between the group of nitrogen aza crown ethers and fluorine ion, and the logic gate of fluorine ion and calcium ion was builded.Thirdly, through click chemistry, the isoniazid calixarene functionalizd biomimetic nanochannel was builded, and realized the selective response of phosphoric acid.Fourthly, a functional nanochannel of thermo-responsiveness was builded between the ionic liquid and pillar[5]arene,which was by changing the tempreture to change the complexation of pillar[5]arene with ionic liquid.
