In recent years, China's rapid economic development, the level of industrialization also will continue to increase, resulting in air pollution is increasingly serious situation, become the people's livelihood of most concern to the one of the main topics. One of the main causes of the pollution of the flue gas is discharged by the coal factory. The flue gas is the main component of SO2, NOX, and is also an important part of PM2.5. PM2.5 refers to the diameter of less than 2.5 microns in fine particulate matter, which can cause respiratory obstruction, cardiovascular disease and early childhood developmental defects and other diseases. PM2.5 is also one of the main initiators of the haze, haze shrouded when the pressure is low, the oxygen content in the air has dropped, then easy to feel chest tightness. Wet and cold fog and haze, the cold can also cause irritation, leading to vasospasm, blood pressure fluctuations, increased cardiac load and so on. Therefore, the flue gas desulphurization and denitrification propulsion equipment operation has become a daunting task. At present, the domestic desulfurization and denitrification projects have gradually received attention, but the foundation is weak, some coal-fired factories and power plants applications are ways to control the timing of feeding the content of pollutants in the flue gas, and even some factories do not apply flue gas treatment processes. The timing of feeding will cause the waste of raw materials, the reaction system is slow, not timely shortcomings such as system control.In this thesis, the flue gas denitrification system is on the existing flue gas desulfurization denitrification system of equipment based, inherited the advantages, to sum up the problems and method and combining with the current advanced flue gas detection technology, data communication network and information processing technology, automatic control technology, on the basis of combination of software and hardware for design scheme, in order to ensure the control precision and function based on cost reduction, to design a set of use PLC as the core controller has a higherdegree of automation control system. Real time determination of the smoke and exhaust gas in sulfide and nitride content, and the automatic control system feeding and flue gas reaction to achieve the optimal control effect, with a high degree of automation, accurate control, the characteristics of low cost. In addition, the system can not only used for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification detection, can also be applied to similar exhaust gas detection.In this paper, the scheme of the realization of the test system are introduced, including working principle, equipment selection, the overall structure, program flow and configuration interface and according to the ordering system to build the content of each link were introduced.
