Precision machining technology is not only the important driving force for defense, aerospace, information and other high-tech industry development, as well as is the measure mark of a country mechanical machining level. Ultrasonic vibration cutting technology is emerging cutting process in the process of precision machining technology research. The research shows that it can effectively improve the processing surface quality. This paper introduces an ultrasonic vibration cutting power according to the characteristics of the ultrasonic vibration cutting technology based on STM32 microcontroller, and verifies the accuracy and reliability of the ultrasonic power output through the experiment. The design of the ultrasonic power contains two parts:1. The design of ultrasonic power main circuit output. This part mainly includes the high frequency signal source, inverter power amplifier, matching, automatic tracking frequency and power regulation. The final design plans are determined by comparing module realization method and theory analysis. The high frequency signal source module adopts frequency direct digital synthesizer (DDS) which is high precision and easy to control; Choosing a push-pull inverter plan consisting of MOSFET device for ac-electrical high frequency output; Matching module adopts dynamic matching method in order to achieve ultrasonic power output power maximization, which including transformer for impedance matching and inductance for tuning matching between ultrasonic power and piezoelectric transducer. Automatic tracking Frequency adopts maximum current method with high anti-interference ability and power regulation function uses adjusting dc-supply voltage mode by PWM.2. The design of ultrasonic power supply control system. This paper chooses STM32 as control core, and introduces the UCOSII embedded operating system to improve the real-time performance of the ultrasonic cutting system. It mainly realizes the frequency, power regulation function, frequency automatic tracking frequency and other control input and output devices, such as LCD display, serial port module, etc.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic power output waveform is stable and pure. The output signal frequency and power are adjustable, and it realizes automatic tracking frequency function. It meets the demand of ultrasonic vibration machining.
