The LSAW pipe is mainly used for the construction of oil and gas pipeline.CoMPared with the SSAW pipe,it has the advantages of high reliability and high conveying pressure.The per bending machine is one of the main forming equipments of the LSAW plant.Its function is to bend the edge of the plate.In view of the problems of high energy consumption,poor synchronization accuracy and multiple faults in the hydraulic system of the existing pre bending machine in BSS,insight into the equipment performance and features of various components,the common malfunction are analyzed for better maintenance of the equipment,in order to improve the stability of the equipment for optimize the hydraulic system and reduce energy consumption.Based on the characteristics of hydraulic system of different forms,this paper summarized and combed the hydraulic energy saving technology and synchronous technology.Secondly,the working principle of hydraulic system of pre bending machine is analyzed,and the common malfunctionin each system are pointed out and treatment methods are put forward.Thirdly,by analyzing the working principle,the two design defects of the main pump oil supply system with high energy consumption and the low precision of the synchronous control system are presented.The reasons for the high energy consumption of the main pump system and the corresponding energy-saving reform measures are analyzed,it is considered that the pump with smaller power and smaller displacement can meet the requirements,and after the actual transformation,the target is achieved.By analyzing the proportional synchronous control system,it is considered that improving the quality of oil source and upgrading the motion controller is helpful to improve the accuracy of synchronization.Three common control strategies of hydraulic synchronous control are analyzed and the programming is carried out on the new motion controller,it is verified that the control precision meets the requirement.
