The advanced control and optimization of the ammonia production research will be the research emphasis in the next few years chemical process optimization.Due to differences in equipment technology barriers,influence factors and complex,the production system of time-varying,local device is difficult to overcome the problems such as frequent breakdowns,working current research in the field of advanced control and optimization is the bottleneck.Based on the actual production,the advanced control and optimization of the steam turbine theory with actual situation in the process industry,through the synthesis unit 8 sets of steam turbine control system and optimization of in-depth study and exploration,successfully in the field for the first time realized the online operation optimization,laid a solid foundation for subsequent research work.Plant steam system and the optimization and implementation of the turbine control system for unit running smoothly and saving energy and reducing consumption,and provides scientific disposal scheme,has very high practical significance.This article summarized the specific,strong operability,scientific and reasonable optimization measures,implement has very high economic benefits.Balance of steam system optimization measures,big units daily operation optimization measures,the vibration analysis and disposal measures of innovation,and improvement of the TK431 control mode,make steam system not only makes the machine more safety and running smoothly,obtain good economic benefit for safety device.
