Due to its unique optical properties,low toxicity and good biocompatibility,InP Quantum dots?QDs?has attracted widespread attention and been widely applicated in solar cells,light emitting diode and biological imaging.In order to meet the requirements of these applications,it is urgent to find a large scale synthesis method.At present,InP QDs was mainly synthesized by the method of hot injection,which can not obtain large amout of QDs.Moreover,it is necessary to incorporate the QDs into a stable solid matrix for the application of photoelectric device in solid.The biological imaging applications have also put forward new requirements on the biocompatibility and cytotoxicity of QDs.Therefore,this thesis is focused on preparing higly luminescent and low toxic QDs and solving their applicable question.The main works were carried out as following:?1?Synthesis of InP/ZnS QDs by solvent thermal methodInP/ZnS QDs was prepared by the easy-controlled method of solvent thermal method.Through optimizing the experimental conditions such as the volume of the solvent,the amount of the precursor,InP QDs with different radius were directly synthesized.The coating mechanism of ZnS was studied,then highly fluorescent quantum dots was obtained by adjusting the experimental conditions.?2?Preparation of InP/Zn S QDs silica gel glassUsing silane coupling agent,the silanization of QDs with various surfactant were thouroughly investigated.With APS as matrix,silica gel glass incorporating InP QDs with was successfully prepared by the sol-gel method.The prepared gel glass shows high luminescence and light transparency.3)Preparation of QDs-Si O2 nanoparticles containing multiple QDsQDs-SiO2 nanoparticles containing multiple QDs were prepared by traditional“St?ber”method.Surface modification of the QDs with silane coupling agent was found to be most important factor to keep the fluorescence properties of QDs after embedded into silica sphere.Through optimizing conditions,highly luminescent nanoparticles were successfully prepared.After applied the prepared QDs-SiO2 nanoparticles in the biological cell imaging,nice results were obtained.
