Long afterglow luminescent material and long afterglow luminescent glass are a new type of non-pollution,energy saving and environment-friendly photoluminescen-ce storage material,which can store energy partly of sunlight or light source,and then this energy released slowly in the form of visible light when it cut off.Long afterglow materials and glass are widely applied in many fields,such as safety instructions,decoration,optoelectronic devices,new energy,pressure sensing.Recently,researchers have paid more attention to long afterglow materials and glass.In this paper,SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+long afterglow phosphors with excellent afterglow properties were successfully synthesized by rapid sol-gel method using epoxy propane as gel agent.The effects of the amount of propylene oxide,the volume ratio of water and ethanol and gel the temperature on the gel time of system and the luminescent and afterglow properties of phosphors were studied.The results show that:when the propylene oxide increased,the gel time of the system decreased,the luminescent intensity of samples increased and the afterglow properties decreased.When the volume ratio of propylene oxide to solution?P/S?is 1/1(SP3),the luminescent intensity has the maximum value,and SP11 has the best afterglow properties when P/S is 2/7,the initial brightness can reach 7.28 cd/m2 and the afterglow time is 253 min;Water alcohol volume ratio increases,the gel time increases,which is considered to be Cl-nucleophilic properties weaken,in addition,the luminescent intensity decreases and the afterglow properties increases,when water alcohol ratio is 6:4,SR2 has the best afterglow properties,the initial brightness can up to 7.91 cd/m2 and the afterglow time is 180 min;The gel time decreases significantly when the gel temperature increased,and the gel time is only 12 min when is 60?(SW4).However,the gel temperature has little effect on the luminescent and afterglow properties of the samples.In this paper,SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+long afterglow luminescent glasses were successfully prepared by two step melting method.The effects of the amount of phosphors,melting temperature,time and atmosphere on the properties of the luminescent glass were studied.The best process parameters are as follows:the amount of phosphors is 10 wt%,the melting temperature is 800?,and the melting time is 10min.The luminescent intensity,the initial brightness and the afterglow time of glass are about 63%,63%and 26%of phosphors,respectively.In addition,the luminescent and afterglow properties of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+long afterglow glass were improved when the reduction atmosphere was introduced into.Finally,it was found that the properties of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+long afterglow glass of sulfur phosphate system was much better than that of borosilicate system.In this paper,ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-P2O5:Mn2+long afterglow luminescent glass ceramics were prepared by high temperature melting method with the heat treatment process.The effects of the content of P2O5,Mn2+ions concentration and nucleating agent TeO2 contents on the properties of ZBSP:Mn2+long afterglow luminescent glass ceramics were studied.The results show that P2O5 can significantly improve the solubility of Mn2+in the system,and change the crystal phase composition,causing to the emitting color of ZBSP:Mn2+glass ceramics transfer from green to orange red,but reduce the crystallization ability of the heat treatment process,along with afterglow performance decline;The luminescent and afterglow properties of ZBSP:Mn2+luminescent glass ceramics wre enhanced by impoving Mn2+ions concentration;Although TeO2 as nucleation agent does't change the composition and morphology of ZBSP:0.2Mn2+luminescent glass ceramics,the afterglow properties were increased significantly.When TeO2 is 3 mol%,the heat treatment temperature is 750?and heat treatment time is 12 h(GT3),the afterglow properties possess best,the initial brightness is 1.12 cd/m2 and the afterglow time is more than 7 h.
