Gas-liquid separation is the key link in the process of CO2 flooding surface engineering gathering and transportation technology,directly affects the subsequent effect of crude oil dehydration and sewage treatment,also the related equipment material selection and operational life.CO2 flooding produced fluid contains large amounts of carbon dioxide gas,a lot of foam will generate in the separation process,so it has an important significance in oil and gas gathering engineering that studies the gas-liquid separation technology of CO2 flooding produced liquid.The main research contents are as follows:?1?Using Unisim software to establish a simple process of wellhead to station,then adjust the working condition to the operation condition of separator,it is concluded that the physical parameters of the liquid in separator operating condition.?2?Mixture model is used in the numerical simulation to the guide plate in the gas liquid separator for four angles of the model.?3?The population balance model and CFD multiphase flow model coupled way mutually is used in the numerical simulation for the bubble breakage and condensation phenomenon of different number and the different surface of the foam board.First,by using the software research of CO2 flooding produced fluid,the study found that liquid viscosity reduced,the density increased.Second,along with the installation Angle rising of the guide plate,the better for gas-liquid separation,but the reduce rate of liquid content in the gas phase exports are falling,the difference of the export gas phase liquid content is very small between the 45 ° Angle placement and the 60 ° placed.This is due to the mixed fluid in the separator in the back of the separation effect becomes poor when the plate placed at the large Angle.Compare the guide plate in place when the 45 ° and 60 °,guide plate is placed in large Angle,the contact area of the mixture fluid from the entrance to the shunt down the guide plate and the guide plate was smaller,the guide plate local produce bigger impact pressure,this will affect the use of the guide plate stability and service life.Third,increase as the placement of foam plate number,defoaming efficiency also along with the enhancement;When the foam plate number is same,the defoaming ability of the cone surface distribution offoam board for 10×20 is superior to the cone surface distribution of 5×10.Nevertheless when placed three foam board,particle size ranges from 0.925 1.00 mm bubble content is similar for the two kinds of different surface distribution model.
