With the development of the oil drilling industry in our country, and the appearance of deep well, complicated well and horizontal well, the power source of oil drilling equipment develop from the ground to the underground, screw drilling tool is widely used and rapidly developed as a underground power. The screw drilling tool is composed of transmission shaft assembly, universal shaft assembly, motor assembly, anti drop assembly and bypass valve assembly. The failure of transmission shaft assembly often occurs for the load is complex and high volatility, the impact is strong and the work environment is bad, which have a bad effect on the screw drill's working time. Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the structure and working time of the screw drilling tool drive shaft assembly. The research focus on screw drill transmission shaft assembly, the main reasons for the damage were analyzed.Identified the main parts of needing to be optimized and improved including water cap, bearing group, oil sealing structure, etc.During the course of study,Firstly, the scheme of improved structure is put forward. And then the theoretical calculation and simulation are used to design and check, finally determine the optimal structure.By the finite element analysis method determined the diameter of the cap water cap,the number of water cap split holes and the water cap's inclination angle.By changing the arrangement form of trust bearing group,Improved the stiffness of transmission shaft assembly, improved the lubrication structure of transmission shaft assembly and related seal design was carried out.It provide scheme and basis of the improvement of screw drilling tool for the Shanxi North Wind Industry Group Co.Ltd.
