Analysis On Reasonable Lubrication Solution Of Corrugated Paper Packaging Industry Based On Industry Development

Corrugated paper packaging industry, thrived under the influence of market economy, represents the ups and downs of the market economy. China’s corrugated paper packaging industry has experienced both the Policy of Reform and Opening up and the government’s strategy of developing commodity economic environment, which allow it to grow into a brand new industry from a dispersed status. In recent years, due to the rapid growth of statistics, the industry has reached the basic global advanced standard, transforming into a modernized system with packaging as its identification. To some extent, it can represent the historic leap of our country’s packaging industry.With the development of e-marketing in recent years, e-commerce has been progressing with high velocity, and China’s production and sales of corrugated board cartons have been skyrocketing. Behind this rapid growth shows the problem that enterprises that manufacture corrugated paper in the country are of varying quality. Some enterprises, while in pursuit of improving their yield in short time, hasn’t took the road of sustainable development, which resulting in problems such as waste of manufacturing capativity, reduction of production efficiency, over-consumption of raw material, substandard discharge, time-worm equipment, and severe aging caused by insufficient maintenance, etc.In2009, General Rules of Reasonable Lubrication Technology, directed at industrial equipment lubrication, was issued and implemented by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China. It not only regulates the technical requirements of the rationalization of lubrication technology and the computing method for economic benefits after adopting the rationalized measure of lubrication technology, but expounds the importance of reasonable lubrication to equipment maintenance of manufacturing-type enterprises, as through reasonably improving lubrication, production efficiency of enterprise equipments could be tremendously lifted, equipment damage could be prevented, equipment aging could be decelerated, production and maintenance costs could be saved, and pollution could be abated, etc. This is of significant importance for prosperously developing enterprises that manufacture corrugated paper.Part one of the thesis is introduction, where the author recapitulatively expounds the background, ideas, content, methodology, significance, and literary review of the research. Part two of the thesis is the body part, where the author profoundly analyzes the corrugated paper industry, which includes the background and trend of the industry, the industry’s developing path combined with the country’s12th Five-year Plan, and the use of SWOT method to perform a detailed elaboration on the industry. In part three the author lists the relative theoretic basis, including the analysison lubrication and laws and regulations relative to lubrication. The analysis especially aims at the definition of current lubrication and makes classification to conduct detailed explanation. The Fluorinatedlubricant is also being explained in this part, which offers theoretical foreshadowing for subsequent application example. In part four, the author, expounds the theoretical significance and practical significance of industrial lubrication, the trend of industrial lubrication, the bottleneck it has encountered, as well as its influence on national economy and technology. More importantly, this part analyzes the influence of industrial lubrication on enterprises if it be implemented on manufacturing-type enterprises. In the last part, the author conducts case analysis and study on the above mentioned theories. The author chooses five packaging manufacturers that are now under technical reform, equipment reform, and product reform to actively respond to the changes occur in corrugated paper industryand performs overall running, manufacturing, equipment maintaining study. Aiming at the equipment issue that enterprises are eager to solve and combining the trend of technical reform in current lubrication market, the author performs improved analysis and study on the key-part lubrication of equipments using the newest Fluorinatedlubricantproduct. Through exhibition of the results of this study, the feasibility and replicability of this studycan be showed.
