Different particle size of lead-zinc sulfide ore flotation behavior has a greater difference.Therefore we studied the flotation characteristics of different particle size of lead-zinc ores and put forward the ideas of classification and separation of lead coarse concentrate,in order to provide some theoretical help for this idea.First,through single mineral test studied the flotation behavior of different size of sphalerite and galena.Second,useing a variety of testing technology analysed its mechanism.Finally,the conclusions guide the actual ore flotation test.it provides an important guiding significance for classification and retreatment of lead coarse concentrate.The conclusions are as follows:?1?With the increase in the amount of SN9#,the galena having a particle size of-0.106+0.074mm has better in flotability,and sphalerite basically does not float.The difference in flotability between sphalerite and galenite with particle size of-0.074+0.037 mm is significant.With the dosage of SN9#change,The flotation behavior of-0.037mm sphalerite and galena is similar;-0.074+0.037mm sphalerite can be inhibited by lime and sodium hydroxide,-0.037mm sphalerite can be inhibited by sodium hydroxide,and it is difficult to be inhibited by lime;Both hydroxyl ions and calcium ions can inhibit sphalerite,so lime and sodium hydroxide can inhibit-0.074+0.037mm sphalerite.And the combination of lime and sodium hydroxide works better than using it alone;Copper ions can significantly activate sphalerite and have a more pronounced activation effect on-0.037mm sphalerite;The effect of XKY-02 dosage on the floatability of galena sphalerite with different grain sizes is similar.XKY-02 can effectively remove the effects of copper ions.When the dosage of XKY-02 is large,galena is easily inhibited;Artificial mixed mines were used to simulate on-site lead selection.Different agent systems were adopted for artificially mixed ores of different grain sizes.Lead and zinc separation performance was significantly better than that of the same pharmaceutical system for treating full-grained artificial mixed ore..?2?SN9#will preferentially adsorb on the surface of galena.The adsorption of-0.074+0.037mm sphalerite and-0.037mm sphalerite at different pH values was studied experimentally when the pH agent type was different.The test results agree well with the flash behavior of sphalerite.?3?Calcium ions will be adsorbed on the surface of sphalerite.As the p H value of the solution increases,the amount of calcium ions that are adsorbed also increases.Moreover,compared to-0.074+0.037mm sphalerite,calcium ions are more adsorbed in-0.037mm sphalerite.Sodium hydroxide solution will dissolve zinc ions on the surface of sphalerite.Especially for-0.037mm sphalerite,the leaching concentration is higher.The zinc ions that are leached form zinc hydroxide or ZnO22-.They make the mineral hydrophilic.?4?According to the actual ore properties and theoretical research.Firstly graded and separated lead concentrate.Finally we obtained the concentrate of Pb grading49.77%Pb,grading 6.70%Zn and 571.72g/t Ag at recovery of 73.58%Pb and the concentrate of Zn grading 52.07%Zn,grading 0.95%Pb and 184.87g/t Ag at recovery of 92.13%Zn from the run-of-mine grading 1.03%Pb,grading 6.29%Zn and 35.65g/t Ag.
