As the project hydrodynamic pressure encountered sudden gushing accidents are increasing, in this paper, we rely NiaoShan coal as the basis to carry out its governance directly plugging grouting technology applications research. It is not only a good tonic for grouting technology development is, but also it solves these technical problems of engineering grouting. The main research contents:1?Respectively from the mine suddenly gushing common types, characteristics, treatment methods and the rock mass injected and the slurry's rheology three basic theoretical aspects to research the basic theory of grouting.2?Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish a direct key hole plugging grouting evaluation system for providing a theoretical basis to identified the key holes.3?Using ANSYS establish direct plugging grouting finite element model of the slurry flow, through analysis and research the cracks in the flow of slurry state, and the programming of Matlab get mathematical relationship between the head pressure and grouting pressure.4?Using the hydraulics relationship established the Newtonian-type slurry flowing water-saturated single fracture numerical model, through analysis the model, we get the fractured rock drainage conditions and the factors affect the flow of the slurry.5?Through analysis the grouting results of NiaoShan mine coal ventilation shaft, we validated the direct plugging grouting technology feasibility and practicality in managing the hydrodynamic pressure suddenly gushing.
