Petroleum-contaminated soil sample was collected from Liaohe Oilfield in Panjin City. Colloid was extracted from the soil sample by using centrifugation method. Physico-chemical properties, of the colloid were detected. Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the stability of petroleum-contaminated soil colloid in solution under the condition of different pH (pH=4-9), cations of different valence state (Na+, Ca2+ and Fe3+) and anion of different valence state (NO3-, SO42- and PO43-).The difference of the stability of petroleum-contaminated soil colloid from uncontaminated one was also studied. By leaching of oil-contaminated soil colloids in different sizes (10-5 ?m,5-2 ?m,<2 ?m), the solution pH (3,6,9) and IS (0.001 mM,0.1 Mm,0.5 mM) migration law under ambient conditions and transport facilitation effect of phenanthrene in the soil column. The results showed that the colloidal stability of oil-contaminated soil with pH, cation, anion solution changes and changes. And with the decrease of soil colloid particle size, decreasing and increasing solution ionic strength of the solution pH, the deposition reduced capacity of the soil colloids, transport capacity enhancement. Particle size<2 ?m soil colloid migration of phenanthrene maximum degree, followed by 10-5 ?m diameter and 5-2 ?m, its content leachates Philippines increased by 142.42%,36.36%,96.97%. Oil pollution on Philippine soil colloid migration ability increases with pH, with the IS increases. But when IS=0.5 mM, the oil pollution on Philippine soil colloids no facilitatory role of migration, its leachates phenanthrene content decreased 9.09%.
