Although with the continuous improvement of construction technology,construction machinery and equipment technology and safety management methods,the number of construction safety accidents and deaths in China has not decreased significantly.Most of the accidents are still due to human factors,so how to improve the safety of on-site staff ability,enhance enterprise staffs safety consciousness,promote the safety interaction between the managers and low-level employees as well as between low-level employees,form good corporate safety climate has important guiding significance to the reduce safety hidden trouble on-site and reduce accidents.At present,the research about safety climate at home and abroad focuses on the division of safety climate dimensions,reliability and validity analysis and the influence of climate on safety behavior,while there are few studies on the evaluation application of enterprise climate.This article is based on the research achievements of domestic and international safety climate dimensions and accident cause theory,selecting 17 research results about safety climate dimensions,including 87 safety climate dimensions decomposed or combined.Based on opinions of experts,it is proposed to take management concern,safety management,operating environment,employee safety awareness and behavior as the first-level indicators,and build the three-level index system of construction enterprise safety climate containing 4 first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators and 36 three-level indicators.Thirty building safety management experts and field managers were invited to determine the membership degree of each index in the evaluation index system by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then the evaluation set was established and the three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted by using the fuzzy algorithm.With the application of safety climate assessment in Q construction enterprises,it is concluded that the level of safety climate is "general".In view of several aspects that affect the safety climate found in the assessment process of Q construction enterprises,reasonable improvement suggestions are put forward from six aspects,the leadership's participation in safety management,emphasis on safety training,emphasis on practical effect of safety disclosure,elimination or correction of safety hazards,encouragement of employees' participation in safety,and elimination of habitual violations,which have practical guiding significance to promote the formation of a good safety atmosphere in Q construction enterprise.
