Based on the natural graphite as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as the intercalation agent and potassium permanganate as oxidizing agent, prepared graphite oxide (GO) by using Hummers method. Prepared graphene in 200-700 deg.c. Effects of heat and stripping temperature on structure and capacitive performance of graphene. The research shows that:the graphene has a laminated structure, layer spacing is about 0.3783-0.3873nm, the grain size is about 2.030-3.359nm, the number of layers are 5-9 layer; with the thermal reduction of increasing temperature, layer spacing, grain size and the number of layers of graphene is decreasing gradually, while the specific surface area increases gradually. With the increase of temperature, the specific capacitance increased first and then decreased, the cycle performance have been increased, the temperature of 400 DEG C thermal reduction of Shi Moxi first discharge specific capacity is 318.6F/g, after 500 times of charge and discharge, the specific capacitance retention rate is 54%.The graphene solution and phenolic resin water solution is mixed according to a certain proportion to obtain composite materials. The graphene/phenolic resin composite material as raw material, uses the high temperature heat treatment method, get the graphene/allyl phenolic resin carbon composite, examine the structure and capacitive performance of rules of composite materials. Research shows that:with the increase of the content of phenolic resin, the obtained samples gradually by floc particle for the massive particles, layer spacing is about 0.3624-0.4031nm, the grain size is about 1.592-1.609nm, the number of layers are 4-5 layer. Capacitance than first decreases first and then increases, the cycle performance are higher, phenolic resin carbon first discharge specific capacity is 86.2F/g, after 500 cycles after the capacity retention rate was 99.8%.The graphene/phenolic resin carbon and KOH (activator) high temperature activation by 1:3 after mixing, explore the different mass ratio of graphene/structure and properties of phenolic resin carbon activated. The results showed that with the increase of phenolic resin content, the tap density of the sample increases gradually, the particle surface gradually become smooth, the sample layer spacing is about 0.3756-0.4731nm, the grain size is about 1.641-4.478nm, the number of layers are 4-13 layer; the graphene layer spacing decreases first and then increases and grain, layers and specific surface area were increased after the first reduce. The first discharge specific capacitance of porous phenolic resin material is 217.2F/g, after 500 cycles after the discharge specific capacitance capacity retention rate was 90.2%; the graphene/ containing 80% phenolic resin carbon phenolic resin porous carbon materials first discharge specific capacity is 171.6F/g, after 500 cycles after the capacity retention rate was 96.4%.
