The strip mine slope is a large artificial slope, whose stability affect the production and people's life and property safety directly, and it also influence the development of national economy. Therefore, it is a very important technical work for deformation monitoring the strip mine slope and do the deformation analysis and prediction of the slope according to the result of monitoring. Conducting the research deeply has very important theoretical significant and application value. The main content of this paper as follow:This paper introduces the features of the strip mine slope, and according to the characteristics of the slope, it also put forward the net scheme of GPS deformation monitoring network which suitable for the slope of the strip mine. The paper mentions the application of GPS multi-antenna in one method and real-time monitoring the deformation of the slope and then obtained the data of the displacement change of the slope.Example verification. With the Victory strip mime slope as the research object, employing GPS multi-antenna technology and method to collect the data, using the theory of wavelet packet to monitor the data and then do the noise supression processing, adopting the Midas GTS software to establish three-dimensional model of the slope, the finite element analysis. We will contrast the measured data, the data after the noise reduction with the simulated data, then finally come to the conclusion.
