| Along with the expansion of manufacturing market, the enterprise competition is fiercer and fiercer. Foundry industry is an essential part of the manufacturing industry. Casting level is directly determined by casting quality and dimension deviation. Considering mold assembly quality control as important technical problem, mold assembly quality prediction during early design stage, mold testing point optimization and fixture design based on distribution of the monitoring points during Assembly stage are key research issues.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Mold assembly quality prediction: Based on assembly quality formation mechanism and model driven concept, elaborate change and fusion rule different types of quality characteristic. Based on the state space model, process data accumulated from the upstream process errors, realize prediction and corresponding adjustment for online quality condition information. Complete dynamic compensation for assembly cumulative error and active control for assembly quality to provide theoretical basis and technical support for improvement of stability of assembly quality.(2)Mold detection point optimization: Put forward a suitable method for the optimization of the mold detection point. First, according to 9-intersection model, establish the topological description of sand core position in the mold to specify functional design of topology detection. Second, establish the relationship between mold assembly quality and the optimal distribution of detection points to complete optimal distribution model of detection points.(3)To improve the stability of mold assembly quality, reduce the labor intensity of mold assembly and improve traditional design for inspection tools, use the concept of inspection group to build standard design flow and provide standardized guidance.(4)Data inspection: Compare the data of casting section thickness from two different production modes, in original production mode and using assembly quality optimization. Verify the excellent properties of the dimensional tolerance data after optimized processing.In Summary, this article introduces different methods for casting mold assembly quality during different stages. These methods make casting mould assembly systematic, improve mould assembly quality inspection method and realize the modernization of foundry technology. |
