Computing the ecological environment and economic benefits of function value of Feidong and Huoshan county in Anhui province, and the development degree, coordination degree and coordination development degree, and made corresponding change trend diagram, by comparative analysis, concluded the problem of Huoshan and Feidong in coordinated development of economy and ecological environment, points out the necessity of economic and environmental coordinated development in each county, based on the actual situation of Huoshan and Feidong in economic and environmental coordinated development,puts forward the coordinated suggestions to promoted the economic and environmental development in Huoshan and Feidong. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The economy and ecological environment is constantly development in Feidong and Huoshan, strengthened the importance of coordinated development in economic and environmental,but still exist the damage to the ecological environment in the process of economic construction.(2)But the study found that, Huoshan, as the ecological county, its economy and ecological environment coordinated development degree at a lower levels, Feidong is superior to the economic advantage, take economic advantages to stimulates the development of the environment, an overall development situation in Feidong is ahead of the development momentum in Huoshan.(3)Through the contrast, found that, the economy and ecological environment coordinated development degree in Feiudong is better than Huoshan, and the economy and ecological environment coordinated development degree in Feidong and huoshan county has showing an whole rising trend.(4)Based on the principal component analysis and coupling measure of economic and ecological environment, combining the actual development status of Feidong and Huoshan, puts forward the reasonable industrial layout, adjusted the economic structure; Developing industries with characteristics advantages, constructing the circular economy; Building ecological city, strengthen the environmental protection and punishment; The countermeasures and suggestions of building the ecological compensation mechanism of the coordinated development of economy and environment.
