The Research Based On Coupling About Marine Economic And Environmental Coordinated Development Of Guangdong Province

Since entering into twenty-first Century,the world demand for marine development is more andmore strong,marine economy has played an increasingly important role in the nationaleconomy,the sustainable development of marine economy has gone from strategic planning intothe actual work,however,marine economy has brought serious damage to the marine environmentat the same time.Guangdong Province in the process of the development of marine economy,alsobe hidered by the terrible marine environment,the marine industry needs a good ecologicalenvironment as the prerequisite conditions,at the same time,we must also recognize that the fruitsof development of marine economy can protect the marine environment through provide thematerial capital and scientific technology.Therefore,how to coordinate the development of marineeconomy and marine environment quality level has become the most important research topictoday.This paper discusses the development level of Guangdong marine economy from threeaspects,includede marine resources reserves,economic scale,industrial structure,discusses theGuangdong marine environment quality level from three aspects,includeded the ocean resourcesquality,the distribution of pollution sources,marine disasters;through the design of indicatorssystem,using the coupling analysis method to study the relationship of marine economy andenvironment,by calculating the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,accurateevaluation the relationship between two systems;combined with the research results and fieldinvestigation pointed out that the problems existed in the development of Guangdong marineeconomy and environmental problems is the development of marine economic at the expense ofthe environment,and the deterioration of the marine environment stopping the sustainabledevelopment of the economy;analysis of the reasons from four aspects,included history andculture,government,institution,technology;combined with the status of Guangdong Province fromfour aspects put forward counter measures,including the masses,Ocean Industries Association,theregional government,the state.This article includes8parts,details are as follows:The first part is the introduction,explains the background of this article,the significance ofwriting,summarizes the research review at home and abroad,briefly discusses the main content ofthis thesis and logic structure,points out the characteristics of this research and innovation.The second part defines the concept of marine economy and marine environment,and outlines the theoretical basis of this study.The third part analyzes marine economic development level and marine environment qualitylevel of Guangdong Province at present.The forth part uses empirical analysis and combined with research results,points out theproblem in Guangdong Province marine economic and environmental development,and analyzesthe reasons deeply.The fifth part first introduces the evaluation methods,explains the advantage of selecting thecoupling analysis method,introduces the basic theory of coupling analysis and the couplingmechanism of the marine economic system and environmental system.The sixth part build the index system between the marine economic system and environmentalsystem,and evaluate the results of empirical analysis by mathematical model.The seventh part put forward some suggestions to promote Guangdong marine economy andmarine environment to achieve common development and the harmony and progress.The eighth part is the conclusion of this thesis.
