Calculation and simulation of mine ventilation system is a theoretical analysis of mine ventilation system, find out problems, evaluation, and then puts forward the solution and improvement measures, it is very significant to improve the mine production safety situation. MIVENA is a mine ventilation simulation software which can calculate and analysis wind flow, climate, temperature and humidity condition in the dynamic production of the mine by ventilation engineers and researchers. It has a high practical value in the ventilation system state simulation, air volume adjustment prediction, climate prediction in the mine. MIVENA based on ventilation safety theory, the simulation prediction model was established, and solving the practical problems by means of computer.This paper takes Xing Fu coal mine as an example which is belonging to the Fuxin Mining Group, and simulates precisely by using MIVENA system based on the measured data. Results show Sun Jiawan ventilation resistance is 21% of the total resistance. The big drag branches of Xing Fu mine ventilation system is mainly located in the new auxiliary shaft,-400 total exhaust road,-340 roadway and No.2 and No.3 belt Road roadway. The tracer gas experiment of part of the roadway is implemented on the basis of the analysis of ventilation network solution for Xing Fu mine The tracer gas concentration diffusion is established and simplifies mathematical model for solving Through comparing the experimental results to analysis of simulation results, diagnoses emphasis leakage area of Xing Fu mine. For these three aspects, this paper optimizes and transforms Xing Fu mine ventilation system through the reduction in resistance adjustment, blocking air leakage and simplified production system of Sunjiawan, respectively, and optimizes ventilation system by MIVENA for solving. The total amount of wind of Xing Fu mine ventilation system increases approximately 10% than before, pressure is reduced by about 25%, which increases the economic benefits of the mine...
