In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the electricity consumption of industrial enterprises and residents is increasing year by year.The domestic coal supply can no longer meet the growing demand,and coal import has become an inevitable solution to the current coal demand.Due to geographical constraints and economic considerations,sea transportation is the main mode of transportation for China's coal imports.However,the operation process of the coal maritime logistics system is complicated,with many random factors and high instability.Therefore,the rational design of the transportation plan of the coal logistics system has become the primary problem of coal supply.The design of the scheme directly affects the transportation efficiency of coal,the operating cost of the system and the normal operation of the power plant.In view of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct relevant research on this issue.This paper analyzes the transportation process and related calculation indicators of the marine coal logistics system,and uses the simulation-based method to optimize the design.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the transportation mode of coal logistics system and the operation process of ocean freighter and shuttle barge are analyzed.The mathematical description of coal shipping problem is carried out.A simulation method is used to calculate the operation index and the optimization algorithm is used to configure the solution.The overall framework for optimization.Secondly,theoretically deducing the operational indicators and economic indicators of the ship,the paper analyzes the impact of changes in ship parameters and route parameters on pretax profit APBT,net present value NPV,and revenue-cost ratio BCR.The sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the data of typical ships,which verifies the correctness of theoretical derivation and provides theoretical and data basis for subsequent research.Thirdly,using the discrete event modeling method,the coal logistics system simulation model is created in the Anylogic software platform.The model takes the basic parameters of the ship,basic route parameters and random factors as input,from economic and financial aspects,investment effects and technology.In terms of security,multiple evaluation indicators are selected as the data output of the solution.The key technologies in the model process were studied.Taking the design scheme of M company as the actual case,the feasibility of the model was verified by multiple simulations.Finally,according to the selected multiple evaluation indicators,the method of subjective and objective combination is used to determine the comprehensive weight of each index,and combined with the Tos method to create a scheme evaluation method.After that,the whole scheme evaluation method is combined with the optimization algorithm,and the scheme design for the coal logistics system is realized through multiple simulation experiments.In order to improve the optimization performance of the algorithm,an improved strategy is proposed on the original basic particle swarm optimization algorithm.In the example,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm and the OptQuest method are compared.The results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm has faster convergence speed and better results,which verifies the effectiveness of the selected algorithm and the whole optimization method.
