Wuda mining coal seams lead to a large coalfield fire in the mining area. A large amount of toxic and harmful gas will be produced by coal fire in the area, guiding circuit through rock fissures, under negative pressure ventilation constituted a threat to the safety for mining production. This paper will conduct a study for safety mining techniques of coalfield fire area. Using the method of combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation with field application. Forming a set of safety mining techniques under the influence of toxic and harmful gas in the area.This thesis is based on the theory of porous medium fluid dynamics, taking Gongwusu mine as an example, building a three dimensions mathematical model of seepage in the loose coal. Using Fluent hydro-simulation soft, simulating the distribution of the gas concentration field. Based on gas flow regularity and the results of overburden fracture height, forming a set of safety mining techniques.Established a model of influence evaluation in face, divided the three security levels and had given the determine the conditions.Optimized the fire warning system in face, optimal index gases and effective layout the gas monitoring points.Established the emergency control measures of prevention face fire zone gas intrusion and invasion of toxic and harmful gas in coalfield fire area.Developed a governance program coal face in gob spontaneous combustion.Applied and verified the face safety mining technology in Gongwusu mine 011604 working face under the influence of fire area. The results showed that:the evaluation result is accurate of using a combination of development of highly fractured zone calculation and pressure energy difference calculation. After implementing the optimization forecast system and the technical scheme of safety mining in actual mine, played a good effect, realized safety mining in face.
