Thick coal seam resources supports the coal economic development of our country.in the fully-mechanized working face,large mining height shearer's reliability needs the higher request,The reliability of the key parts of shearer's cutting part is the security of the normal work of shearer, and fully-mechanized working face has complex physical field,the shearer's working environment is poor,based on multi-field coupling reliability research on the key parts of the shearer has became the support technology in the process of its design and development.This paper is based on "easy maintenance SL1000 shearer rocker arm computer simulation analysis",Based on finite element technology,virtual prototype technology,multiple field coupling technology and the fatigue cumulative damage theory,the virtual prototype model of shearer's cutting part is established by using Pro/E,MATLAB,ANSYS and ADAMS.Gear's contact force of the shearer's cutting part and the rocker arm shell's flexible parts's loads through the simulation. Based on the coupled simulation data,combined with line contact and temperature field theory,the temperature field of shearer's cutting part loads is calculated.The temperature field and the structure nephogram based on the temperature field.The temperature,stress,strain and locations of the key parts is found.The max stress and strain's value of key parts is rised by temperature field.The reasults is consistent with the actual situation.In the safety checking of the gears and shell parts,the influence of the temperature field should be considerd. Based on field coupling results,fatigue characteristics on the key parts is analysed,fatigue life,safety coefficient nephogram the location of the min fatigue cycles and the minimum safety factor are obtained,the weak link of the fatigue life is found.This paper provide a new method of for calculating temperature field of mechanical equipment loads,provide a reference of the reliability of key parts for the reliability research of the mechanical equipment,this research method could shorten the design period of products,greatly reduces the production cost,improve the competitiveness.
