| This article through the inspection of the working environment of installing or dismantling hydraulic framework for mine, and the reference of domestic existing similar equipment, designs a kind of structure which is more reasonable, more safe and stable called modified installing or dismantling hydraulic framework for mine, and have the following design and research:On the basis of domestic existing similar equipment, do analysis of structure scheme and design a modified equipment, build 3d entity modeling of them. Analyze static stress and strain of the three equipment, verified the modified has the better stress performance (under the same load condition, the modified has more reasonable structure and stress performance. Take topology optimization of structure of the modified equipment, get the optimal placement of auxiliary hydraulic prop. Guarantying its use performance without falling, optimize the quality of the modified installing or dismantling hydraulic framework for mine, get the optimal material consumption, save material, reduce the production cost. Using ADAMS software and ANSYS Workbench software, analyze the dynamics (transient dynamics) performance of the modified equipment, and concluded that:1. the better lifting hydraulic cylinder, the more stable of the whole equipment.2. the former and latter lifting hydraulic cylinder is not synchronized, the entire equipment’s stability is the worst. In this paper, take structure improvement and mechanical property research of the similar equipments, provides references of working stability and security of these equipments. |
