Comparing with the traditional manufacturing, remanufacturing has some obvious superiority, the researches on key scientific issues in remanufacturing are in conformity with national urgent need for sustainable development and conform to our country’s significant strategic targets. The long-distance pipeline compressors unit is the core equipment of natural gas pipeline which guarantee the safety and reliability of West-East gas pipelines, but high cycle fatigue, erosion, corrosion and other reasons would result in the failure of the compressor impeller during the process of long-term service. Dismantling which is the premise of NDT and repair for remanufacturing is an integral part of the remanufacturing process. However, the mechanism research on non-destructive dismantling is insufficient. The study focused on large quantity of core component of mechanical equipment that with high extra value, especially takes large-scale compressor as the major research object, study on the mechanism of relieving constraints of machinery equipment that under coupling multi-field effects, as well as non-destructive dismantling method. By means of theoretic analysis, regression analysis and digital imitation, an exploratory study on the issues of remanufacturing object dismantled via hydraulic was made in this paper, three kinds of hydraulic dismantling lubrication model were proposed. The feasibility of hydraulic dismantling method is validated and the influences of hydraulic pressure on remanufacturing object defects were discussed.Analysis results shown that hydraulic oil with certain amount of pressure injected into the oil groove can reduce contact surface’s interference and the contact surface was in boundary lubrication and hydrodynamic lubrication state. By using hydraulic method remanufacturing object can be dismantled non-destructively and hydraulic pressure didn’t cause any substantive damage to impeller cracks, but too high hydraulic pressure may cause crack tips stress near the material’s yield strength and result in crack propagation.
