The coke oven heating up was an essential procedure before commissioning,The quality of coke oven heating up has an important effect on the cock oven rate-maintenance capability, high yield,long life and the quality of the coke.coke oven heating up is baking oven under cold condition. Masonry after drying dehydration and heat up gave furnace temperature above 900 ? ~ 900 ?, to prepare for the transition of coke oven to the production status.The process of coke oven was complicated,and has numerous temperature measurement point, a large number of processing data,needs high control precision.temperature monitoring is difficult and timely.In past heating up, the form of artificial temperature measurement, temperature control, artificial processing the data already far cannot satisfy the requirement of production.Low accuracy, and not timely monitoring the temperature of the oven make the coke oven temperature fluctuate strongly, affecting the service life of coke oven, the quality of coke directly.What is more,bring huge workload, low efficiency to coke oven workers.In order to solve the problems of the traditional model of oven, We used the computer control technology, combined with advanced industrial control software IFIX,We applied abundant software functions provided by the IFIX monitoring software, to feedback the internal instrument as well as the switch configuration.The system also flexibly realized the system monitoring, loop control, mathematical operation, alarm prompt, trend curve, report forms printing by connecting to external terminals.Achieve the IFIX connection with Excel by DDE communication mode, we realized the more complex control algorithm and intelligent control function,through the application of Visual Basic script programming environment provided by IFIX at the same time.In the process of oven every monitoring accessed control system, was displayed and controlled through IFIX.Control effectively and timely each monitoring point in the process of the oven,and avoid the frequent severe changes of oven temperature, to ensure the safety and the service life of coke oven.
