With the rapid development of petrochemical industry in China,the harmless treatment technology of oily sludge has become an important problem for the petrochemical workers.In this paper,we analyzed the composition,properties and common processing method of oily sludge in the petrochemical industry.Combined with the working principle,structure and operating characteristics of the horizontal screw centrifuge,we studied the problems in the operation of the centrifugal dehydration system of oil sludge in Yanan petrochemical plant.By optimizing the operating parameters and process parameters of the centrifugal dewatering system of oily sludge,we get the appropriate data.After optimization,the centrifugal dewatering system of oily sludge is stable,and the water content of dry mud is about 75%,and other indexes are all up to the design requirements.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)When the sludge containing solid rate remained at around 4%,into mud volume 6m/h,the system runs stably,and the sludge dewatering effect is good.(2)When the sludge containing solid rate remained at around 4%,into mud volume 6m /h,the speed of the centrifuge at 3200 rpm speed,poor in 9 R / min,fender height in 146mm.The moisture content of dry mud is about 73%,which meets the design requirements.(3)When the addition amount of the coagulant was kept at 150 mL/m~3,the dewatering effect and the economic performance are good.
