The production capacity of cold rolled strip is one of the important symbols of the development level of the national iron and steel industry.With the rapid Chinese economy development,the thin and paper-thin strip has become more and more essential,and the shape precision and size accuracy of the strip have been put forward more and more strict.More than 90% of the cold-rolled paper-thin steel strip is produced by Sendzimir rolling mill in the world.The number of roll of Sendzimir rolling mill is more,having complex structure and adjustment mechanism.Compared with ordinary 4 roll and 6 roll cold-rolled mill,shape control ability of Sendzimir rolling mill is stronger and it can produce high precision steel.This thesis includes two parts,the first part was preliminarily study and discuss on the causes,harm,main influencing factors by vertical vibration phenomenon of Sendzimir rolling mill system as the research object.Based on the flexible multibody dynamics theory,establish a soft body model of Sendzimir rolling mill by the jointly application of three-dimensional CAD software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench and mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS,analyze qualitatively of the factors affecting the vertical vibration of the rolling mill system,and provide a theoretical basis to understanding and suppression the rolling mill vertical vibration phenomenon.The second part is the study of residual stress of plate.In actual production,the reasonable process parameter has a very important influence on the shape control.Using the explicit finite element software ANSYS LS-DYNA to establish the rolling mill model,analyze the influence of process parameters,such as rolling speed,tension and friction coefficient.Through the simulation analysis,the optimum process parameters are obtained,and the warping phenomenon of the strip is solved.The residual stress of stainless steel sheet was measured by the small hole method,and the accuracy of the simulation was verified.
