Sendzimir Mill(also called ZR Mill)is an important equipment for cold rolling silicon steel,stainless steel and super thin strip,which has been widely used in the world.As the demand growth of silicon steel,thin strip steel and other steel products in domestic,and the demand for the quality of steel products is higher and higher,in-depth study the performance of the ZR mill,to improve the shape adjustment ability for rolling out better precision products has became increasingly urgent demands of the iron and steel production enterprises.Making the ZR Mill as research object,which is imported from French DMS in a domestic silicon steel plant.The roll system can take as a pole structure.,studied the kinematics relationship of roll system of the AS-U adjusting,obtained the geometry relationship between the AS-U adjust quantity and the variation of the axis of the support roll.Making use of the symmetry of ZR mill,the overall CAE simulation model of upper ZR mill roll system was established.Aimed at the defects of different shape,simulation the limit adjustment under the existing structure.Obtained the bearing stress status in different AS-U adjustment correspond to shape defects;On the basis of the above,further studied the effect of bearing capacity of support roller bearing on the release of AS-U regulation limit.The bearing capacities of ZR mill were studied in this paper,the results have a guiding significance on further study to improve the performance of existing ZR mill.
