With the optimization of sheet metal processing technology,the sheet metal V-planer slot machines play an increasingly important role.The traditional metal thin plate bending process includes free bending,forced bending and three point bending.The bending radius is large and the color difference is obvious.The method can't meet the quality requirements of the designers and consumers.Process V profilers groove on the metal sheet before the sheet metal bending have emerging,and can effectively reduce the sheet metal bending radius and color difference.In order to more effectively carry out the V profilers slot on the metal plate,the efficient and reliable slotting machine needs to be designed.This paper mainly introduces the design and optimization of the structure of the slotting machine,by means of computer aided design software to complete the design of the overall structure of the slotting machine.According to the function of the machine,the structure design of the slotting machine is divided into four parts,the base structure,the pressing plate device,the shelf structure and the turret structure.The structure design of each part is completed by using the visual 3D design software.The appropriate transmission device is selected in view of the force.Furthermore,the coordination and cooperation of each part of the structure are fully considered in the structural design process.When the structural design of each part of the structure is completed,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the structure of the slotting machine.According to the force and deformation of the structure,the strength and rigidity are observed and then the structure of the slotting machine is optimized,which not only meets the design requirements,but also reduces the manufacturing cost of the equipment.Since any structure has its own vibration characteristics,when the natural frequency of the structure and the frequency of the external excitation source are consistent,it will cause the resonance,and affect the stability of the equipment and the processing precision of the work piece.In the process of V profilers groove for sheet metal,the vibration of the shelf structure will affect the machining accuracy of work piece.Therefore,through the shelves of structure modal analysis is carried out to calculate the natural frequency of the structure of the shelves,to avoid shelves structure and variable speed motor to produce the excitation of the same frequency.The structure of the shelves is optimized,to improve the natural frequency of the structure of the shelves,so as to improve the stability of the slotting machine.
