Selecting the binder coal-tar pitch material as the research object,the coal-tar pitch was modified by adding boron compound.The pitch carbonization product modified by boron compound was prepared at 1250?.By means of oxidation losing analysis in air,TG,CO2 reactivity,SEM and XRD,the pitch carbonization products were investigated.The results show that by the modification treatment of boron compound,Compared with oxidation loss rate of raw material pitch carbonization product,oxidation loss rate of pitch carbonization product modified by boron compound has been reduced by 3.17 6.45 times,to achieve the same oxidation weightless rate has extended the time by 6 18h,the oxidation resistance of pitch carbonization product has been evidently enhanced,which also effectively improves the oxidation behavior of pitch carbonization product in air.CO2 reactivity of pitch carbonization product modified by boron compound has been reduced by 80% 97%.Oxidation weight loss temperature of pitch carbonization product has been evidently increased by the modification treatment of boron compound,and its oxidation weight loss process exhibit more moderate.Modification treatment by boron compounds has effectively inhibited the oxidation of pitch carbonization product.B2O3 phase formed by boron compound during the carbonization heat treatment effectively suppress the oxidation consumption of the pitch carbonization product by oxidizing gases.
