Ecological protection and green mining are the standards in the operation of mining industry at the 21 st century.However,the tailing reservoir which is the typical disaster risk source has great threat on the environment,lives and properties.The harm of the safety accidents of the tailing reservoir is huge and it's not conducive to the effective operation of mining enterprises.So,there are important strategic significance to do the overall comprehensive risk evaluation.The research object of this study is based on the Longjiaoshan tailing reservoir in Daye County.Then,a series of studies aiming at the comprehensive risk evaluation of the tailing reservoir are launched and the following research results are obtained.Firstly,based on the theory of risk analysis,some basic knowledge and relevant characteristics of the tailing reservoir were recommended in a brief.Then,through the statistical results of the literature,the main risk factors of the tailing reservoir were elaborated.Moreover,the disaster system concept in Ecology was introduced,and it was used to choose the indexes to construct the safety evaluation system of the Longjiaoshan tailing reservoir from the disaster-pregnant environment,disaster-causing factors and hazard-affected body.And then,according to four security levels,such as the absolutely safe,safe,less safe and unsafe,the classification standard and classification basis of the indexes were both set up respectively.Secondly,based on the constructed risk evaluation index system of longjiaoshan tailing reservoir,the weights were computed with the basic of the Analytic hierarchy process,and the Entropy method which is an objective calculation method was introduced to compute the weights at the same time.Then,in accordance with the principle of multiplier synthesis,the comprehensive model was set up.And then,the combination weight were obtained by using the comprehensive weighting mode and it would integrate the advantages of the two methods.The example indicates that the result obtained by this method was scientific,accurate and practical.Thirdly,the steps of the traditional Matter-element model on the safety rating were introduced in detail and the shortcomings of the traditional mode were analyzed.And then,the security situation of Longjiaoshan tailing reservoir was usedas the matter-element evaluation unit.According to the the classification standard and classification basis above,the Classical field and Domain were set up.What's more,the combination weights obtained by the comprehensive weighting method was used to improve the Matter-element model.Then,the security level of the Longjiaoshan tailing reservoir was divided at last.Based on the actual situation,some management suggestions were put forward.Through the example,it showed the practicability and applicability of the improved model.Lastly,based on the DEM data of the study area,the Eight domain search algorithm were introduced to make use of the secondary development of the GIS.Then,it could get the scope and coverage depth of the tail slurry in the area of the influence because of the dam break disaster.According to the loss rate and loss value standard,the total loss number of the disaster would be obtained in predict.Moreover,it improved the comprehensive risk assessment of the Longjiaoshan tailing reservoir.
