This paper introduces Three kinds of MTO(methanol to olefins) technology, analysis of MTO in the process of industrialization, puts forward reasonable solution.The running time of MTO technology industrialization is relatively short, technology is not very mature. The risk can be only controlled in industrial production. Analyzing the actual operation of Shenhua Baotou DMTO device in two years, optimize the DMTO technology to solve the problem.Analyzing and optimizing the wasted catalyst recovery process, get the following results:(1)Increasing the recovery rate of waste catalyst. The original process can gather the wasted catalyst 0.25t/d, after improvement can gather 0.4~0.5 tons / day.(2)Reducing the occupied area and investment of equipment. Reducing 40%~50% steel in third cyclone separator's manufacturing, reducing the area of equipment covered 306 square meters, saving a steel structure that 200 square meters, 40 meters high.(3) Reducing the waste catalyst fine powder circulation, improving the selectivity of the reaction.Analyzing and optimizing the react unit, get the following results:(1)Optimization of the reaction heat flow, can increase HP superheating steam about 46t/h.(2) Optimizing the form of reactor's cooler, reduce the equipment's investment and improve the sensitivity of reaction.(3)Optimization of the nitrogen can save 20000-30000Nm3/h nitrogen during startup, can reduce energy consumption of air separation plant and reduce the 50% consumption of fuel.
