For the experimental limitations of refractory study, and the Finite Element Method regarded refractory as a single ho mogeneous material to simulate.Refractory is regarded as a two-phase composite material consisting of aggregate and fine powder. From the microscopic point of view, particle flow simulation theory, which is one of the non-continuous media theories, are employed. The material is discretized into a rigid particles model, and the microscopic variation of particles is related to the macroscopic mechanical properties of materials,to simulate the crack propagation and fully explain the damage mec hanism of refractory materials. The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the given model size, using PFC3 D software to generate aggregate and fine powder, and structure a three-dimensional numerical model of refractory material;(2)To simulate the refractory's triaxial compression test,to calibrate the refractor's microscopic parameters,to determine the mechanical behavior of various macro-microscopic parameters on refractory, and to provide the basis for refractory triaxial compression test;(3)Three-point bending test, uniaxial test and splitting test are simulated.By changing the microscopic parameters, such as the friction coefficient, parallel bond stiffness ratio, parallel bond strength, elastic modulus of the whole model and the aggregate number, the influence of microscopic parameters on the load-displacement curve, the stress-strain curve and the value of the load peak is compared and analyzed.
