Application And Research On Risk Database Building Of Copper Smelting Enterprise

The safety in production of copper smelting enterprise has its character.Most of the production equipment are high temperature and high pressure equipment,and the production process involves hazardous chemical substance production,use,storage such as oxygen and sulfuric acid.Once an accident occurs,the consequences are often serious.In order to fully control the production process safety risk of copper smelting enterprises,first to choose hazard identification method to fully identify the safety risks in the production process of copper smelting enterprise.And then to carry out risk analysis,risk assessment and determine the acceptability of risk.In this paper,for the example of T enterprise,choose variety of hazard identification method from different angles identify the safety risk in the production process based on the character of copper smelting enterprise production and the safety risk source of T enterprise.Relying on the safety risk information from identification,we build the safety risk database of T enterprise.The risk database was constitute of job activity risk database,equipment and facilities risk database,process risk database,environment risk database.And the job activity database can be divided into production activity database and maintenance activity database.For effective management and use the risk information of T enterprise,combined with information technology,develop the safety risk information management module,achieve online query and dynamic management of the risk information.On the basis of the risk information database,develop management control tools.Including post safety training courses,hidden danger checklist,risk warning and safety operation cards,post hazard information cue cards.The multiple management tools given security managers a variety of option,through the flexible application of management tools,so as to fully control the enterprise safety risk.
