Effect Of Resveratrol On Intercellular Wireless Communication Network In Rat

Although the reports about the researches of resveratrol were so much at present, resveratrol was also favored by people because of its promoting health, anti-aging, regulating immune features. But it was lack of scientific evidence in the immune research system and it was not understood in the cellular and molecular level about regulating mechanism, no more reports about being quantified evaluation, so resveratrol immune function was also needed to be further studied and discussed. In order to research resveratrol about the influence of the intercellular wireless communication network of rats, we prepared different doses of resveratrol solution, and then gavaged healthy rat, detecting concentration change level of 27 kinds of cytokines in peripheral blood after 3 hours. The results showed that:Lavaging rats resveratrol 3 mg/kg dose after 3 hours. TNF alpha, IL-12 p70. MCP-1. IL-13. LIX levels were significantly lower (p< 0.1) and IL-1 b, EGF, IL-18 levels were significantly higher (p< 0.1),the concentration rate of cytokines change in the order: 45.1%,-45.1%,-48.2%,-177.1%.-2326.8% and 321.2%、86.3%、177.1%。With control group, lavaging rats resveratrol 10 mg/kg doses after 3 hours, in addition to the concentration of Leptin levels was decreasing significantly (p< 0.1). there were four kinds of cytokines, IL-10, IL-12p70. IP-10, TNF alpha that the concentration was significantly increased (p< 0.1) and the concentration rate was-23.9%,310.3%,102.3%, 310.3% and 119.6%.Lavaging rats resveratrol 30 mg/kg dose after 3 hours, the concentration of IL-1 alpha, Leptin, MIP-1 alpha, IL-12p70. IL-5, IL-18, IP-10, MCP-1(p< 0.1) was significantly higher and the concentration rate was 44.8%,249.0%,249.0%,125.4%,161.1%.259.5%, 159.4% and 165.2%.In order to better and more intuitive to observe and analyze the role of cytokines concentrations change, we inquired cytokines database and mapped the wireless communication network through the secretion cells and target cells of significant cytokines, more in-depth explanation, comparison of different doses of resveratrol on rats with the immune system mechanism and way of communication. Cellular wireless communication network belongs to the directed weighted network. Communication between different doses of resveratrol on the body’s cells of rats and the change rule of hierarchy could be intuitively compared from the network diagram, but also by the strength of the nodes introduced into strength, overall strength and the strength of the overall network to quantify evaluation of the effect of resveratrol.The network after lavaging rats resveratrol 3 mg/kg dose had 31 nodes,206 lines and the whole network was priority to red and total intensity of network was-354.13. It showed that resveratrol of 3 mg/kg dose was given priority to mutual inhibition between cells. The network after lavaging rats resveratrol 10 mg/kg dose was 23 nodes,218 lines and the whole network was given priority to blue and overall strength of network was 64.85. It showed that resveratrol 10 mg/kg dose was given priority to mutual inhibition between cells, and inhibitory effect was less than the low dose of 3 mg/kg of resveratrol; The network after lavaging rats resveratrol 30 mg/kg dose was 34 nodes,236 lines and the whole network was given priority to red and overall strength of the network was 483.74. It showed that resveratrol 30mg/kg dose was given priority to mutual promoting effect between cells.The study confirmed that different doses of resveratrol could indeedly play a role of the change of cytokines in rats and was usefull to the biology immune regulation, further illustrating the cytokines as external material and an organism to produce an effective channel of communication. The experiment with rats as the subjects could better explain the adjustment function of resveratrol to the body, to ensure that resveratrol could provide the oretical guidance to the human body. At the same time, we drawed the wireless communication network of the cells had the important significance to application of the quantitative evaluation of similar functional ingredients such as resveratrol. The network that we maped solved the problem and provided the system of network and quantitative evaluation method.
