With the growing demand for our mineral resources, underground mining operations also will be increased. Our government also attaches great importance to mine safety operations. And to ensure the safety of the underground work, the development and application of mine underground personnel positioning system is one of the effectively and feasible ways.Mine underground personnel positioning system is a integrated applications system of security protection and personnel management. It had powerful operating personnel information management, real-time location tracking, risk early warning, auxiliary rescue and other function.Therefore, the application research of the system for ensuring safety production of mine industry has a very important significance.The topic is on the basis of deep understanding and analysis of the existing personnel positioning system in the domestic and international. Researching a kind of mine underground personnel positioning system based on single chip microcomputer network and wireless transmission technology. Wireless transmission technology made the system had the flexibility of moving detection, and solved the problem of down holed device maintenance difficulties and other issues. At the same time, using microcomputer network technology which based on the standard, open, independent small embedded uIP0.9 protocol can be more reliable convenient and cheap transport data to a remote terminal through network.The application research is to use a large number of low-power and tiny single chip microcomputer network server nodes which are set in the mine underground monitoring area, and between the mobile communication terminal and server nodes formed a wireless network system in wireless communication way, single chip microcomputer network server automatically identified, collected and processed the wireless network coverage area monitored mobile communication's information. The system used 2.4GHz radio frequency wireless transmission technology for wireless data transmission, and through the recognition of the mobile communication terminal ID confirmed the mobile personnel.Then taking single chip microcomputer network technology as the core achieved network transmission of data. Its features are simple structure, strong real-time performance, remote operation and easy to implement. It can long-term work in the unattended area, and report monitoring to the ground control center in real time.The application research is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the hardware circuit design of underground personnel positioning system.The mainly is the chip selection, each device working principle analysis and circuit design of each function module of mobile communication terminal and single chip microcomputer network server with function of wireless communication.Master chips selection is STC12LE5A60S2 of low-power and single machine cycle single chip microcomputer. Wireless communication module chosen 2.4GHz communication modules which taking nRF24L01 wireless RF transceiver chip as the core. And using SPI bus interface communication mode communicated between the two. Network transmissions of data is mainly composed of RTL8019AS Ethernet interface chip to complete, supplemented latch 74vhc573, RAM62256 and network transformer FB2022.And through RJ45 interface achieved connection with internet.The second part is the software program design of the mine underground personnel positioning system's under the machine. It can be divided into two parts:Using nRF24L01 RF transceiver chip's point to multipurpose communication and automatic re-transmission and automatic response functions implemented wireless data communication between mobile communication terminal and single chip microcomputer network server, and query function of the mobile communication terminal's ID number; Using uIP0.9 protocol stack and Ethernet drive implemented data sending and receiving functions on the network.The third part is the development of management software. Using Delphi7 visualization application development tools and their own Padadox7 database developed mine underground personnel positioning system management software. Using the M value of strength testing achieved regional location of people in the background management software. And researching an improved RSSI location algorithm in theory. At the same time using C/S model of socket achieved communication between single chip microcomputer network server and the PC.
