The discharge of sewage has been rising with the rapid population growth and rural water pollution is getting worse. Wastewater treatment with treatment plant does not comply with scattered rural characteristics and the economic of rural development is lagging behind. Traditional forms of septic tanks, get Leakage and make groundwater pollution, can not effectively deal with sewage in the rural. Therefore, it has broad market prospects that facing the problems like the construction of low cost, low operating cost, easy management of the sewage treatment process, we come up with ideal that suits the characteristics of rural sewage treatment technology. This paper mainly with ways of the rural situation analysis, field investigation, investigation and analysis in the form of rural drainage, displacement and wastewater treatment status quo, Proposed rural sewage treatment systems low cost eco-technology, integrated processing unit that is combined with rural courtyard features a small wetland technology. We design the process about low-cost rural waste-water eco-treatment system and start with a low-cost ideal. The traditional A / O process as a basis for process optimization, constituting complex biofilm activated sludge system and biofilm in order to effectively deal with organic matter in the raw water, while using intermittent sand filter disposed in the aerobic zone design form, effectively reduce the water content of TSS, and improve efficiency in the use of intermittent sand filter. This constitutes the main content of the integration processing unit, while higher water standards based on farmers as well as the integration of the processing unit, after the integration processing unit design of small wetlands to improve water quality, to meet the different areas of water quality requirements.Thesis start effect integrated processing unit, and to analyze the integration process unit start-up phase of the treatment effect. At the same time use of reflux ratio and dissolved oxygen is to determine the optimum parameters, including hydraulic retention time(HRT) test to determine the different conditions. And under the best control of operating parameters, test integration processing unit performance and cause analysis, and analysis of the effect of the water at low temperatures, as well as the overall cost of the system cost comparison. The main conclusion of the study was as follow:In a comprehensive analysis considering HRT = 14 h, HRT = 19 h, HRT = 24 h treatment effect and economic and technical factors on the basis of the test conditions, the system of HRT should be maintained at 19 h. Reflux ratio control is 100%, aeration rate 55 L / min, HRT lasted for about 19 h. In this case the operating parameters, the system is running stable, good overall wastewater pollutant removal. COD, ammonia, TSS index can reach the national average of averages "Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standards"(GB 18918-2002) a Class B standard, BOD effluent better than the national average of "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant emissions standard "(GB 18918-2002) secondary standard. Based on the analysis of COD removal efficiency of district contribution rate on the anaerobic zone of the total COD removal COD removal of 73%. Therefore, strengthening the management of the anaerobic zone, we will give full play to the anaerobic zone in the removal of sewage in COD performance and reduce processing costs.
