Insulating glass, as a new building material in the construction industry, has the excellent characteristics of insulation, heat resistance and heat reservation, etc. The growing market and quality demand bring out a great challenge on its fast and mass manufacturing. However, the automatic production degree of Insulating glass production is too low to meet the increasing market demand. To implement the product automation, and to raise the intelligent and digital level of production process are necessary and urgent.This thesis study and explore a new type of whole line rapid custom design method, then set up a rapid customization design platform for insulating glass automatic production line. This method alternative or partial replacement of the whole line design and integration step by semi simulation method, could drastically reduce the cost of the whole line design and integration, meanwhile, through the platform to form the whole line design, the rationality of the whole line design is effectively improved. Mainly include the following:1?Build a rapid customization platform with Optimization integrated Simulation (OiS) mode. All softwares and hardwares are integrated by a simulation approach, and the whole line design process and the manufacturing executing process are iteratively optimized. Such a platform can shorten the design and development cycle of a customized production line, reduce the cost of design validation; at the same time, it can carry on the optimization of design solution.2?Establish the special equipment library and communication channel of the rapid customization platform. The platform is based on the secondary development of Demo3D: analyses the motion behavior of production line equipment, use script JScript to encapsulate movement logic, set up the client/server communication mechanism and Dmeo3D monitoring mechanism by an instruction query and information pushing approach.3?Define the design flow to rapid customization design of the whole automation line. The design demo of a design case of the Insulating glass's couple-warehouse is provided to verify the rationality and high efficiency of the design process. Several different style lines, say'S','L'and'U'mode, are designed to demostrate the effectiveness of rapid customized design platform.4?Propose a distributed integration approach based on the semi-physical simulation platform.The validation cases show that the rapid customization design platform can achieve the fast and efficient customized design, the iterative optimization between design and executing process and the distributed integration of a whole production line.
