Coal is an important energy in our country, plays a key role in ensuring the stable development of the national economy. Mechanized mining can not only increase the productivity, but also can reduce the major accident occur possibility in the process of coal mining. Coal mining machine is the main equipment in fully-mechanized coal face. So the automation of coal mining machine is very important. This paper introduces the CAN bus technology and the Fuzzy control theory, realizing the automatic speed control of coal mining machine by designing the fuzzy controller. To realize the real-time online monitoring, fault diagnosis and remote monitoring of the coal mining machine in running state, this paper developed the intelligent control system of the coal mining machine based on CAN bus technology and the Fuzzy control theory.At present, the coal mining machine driving speed motor usually adopts frequency control. Combined with the variable frequency speed system, this paper used the PLC fuzzy control method to realize the automatically adjust the speed of the coal mining machine, to better meet the requirements of production and conservation of resources. On the basis of keeping the characteristics of flexible, reliable and adaptable of the PLC control, further improve the intelligent degree and static and dynamic characteristics of this system. The fuzzy control and PID control model is built by Matlab/Simulink, through with the fuzzy control and PID control comparison,it has been verified fuzzy control on the response time, response speed and stability are superior to traditional PID control. In addition, this control system exerts centralizing and distributed detection advantages of the bus technology. It has far significance to realize the automatic control of the coal mining machine system. |
