Taihu nearby regional important ecological function area of Wuzhong District Suzhou City was studied in this paper,which is located in Taihu wetland ecosystem of Wuzhong District Suzhou City.Referring to the domestic and foreign research results about the ecological service function,the frequency analysis method,expert consultation method and other methods were used to establish the corresponding index system of the ecological service function,including 9 categories of 4 sub categories;then,the suitable value evaluation models were established,combined with the shadow engineering method and the afforestation cost method,the value of Taihu nearby regional important ecological function area was calculated;the radiation type of ecological service function was defined,and the radiation effect model was built according to the fracture point model and the principle of field strength.The radiation range and the radiation dose of the ecological service function of Wuzhong District Taihu wetland ecosystem were analyzed,on this basis,the ecological compensation share of the downstream reaches was calculated.This study can provide a theoretical basis and support for the small scale of ecological service function value assessment,and then scaling up,looking forward to provide a theoretical basis and support for Taihu Lake and Taihu Lake Basin Research.Results show:(1)The value of Taihu nearby regional important ecological function area of Wuzhong District Suzhou City is 18.49 billion per year,from the order of large to small is: tourism culture> water purification> flood storage> atmosphere regulation> water supply function> provide products> water conservation> biodiversity protection> navigation function.Tourism cultural function is the largest,about 37.2% of the total value,which owns a huge potential for tourism and leisure.The development of Wuzhong District should take this as an opportunity,and strive to strengthen the tourism industry,to fill the gaps in the development of industrial limited;however,adjustment service function,support service function value is relatively small,which means the self purification capacity of the Taihu wetland ecosystem is not that strong,some service functions are of some loss,and the ecological system was broke,the development of Wuzhong District should not ignore its regulatory function or support function,and implement the measures of ecological restoration actively.(2)The flood storage,atmosphere regulation,water purification,water conservation and biodiversity protection has a radiation effect in Taihu nearby regional important ecological function area of Wuzhong District Suzhou City.Its service function value is much higher than that in downstream reaches.Wuzhong District Taihu wetland ecosystem has the important position of the "ecological source",which is the overflow area of ecological service function,and downstream reaches were the areas that ecological service function transferred to.(3)The total amount of radiation value in the downstream reaches of Wuzhong District Taihu wetland ecosystem is about 4.37 billion per year.In space,the radiation intensity of Hangjia Lake area is the largest,Yangcheng Lake area is second,Pudong and Puxi area the minimum,this is in inverse proportion to the distance amomg the three districts of Taihu Wuzhong District.Each section of the downstream reaches has the mutual radiation effect,the strength at the break point of Yangcheng Lake area to Hangjia Lake is the largest,so that Yangcheng Lake area is the "Sub ecological source” in downstream reaches.(4)The total amount of ecological compensation in the downstream reaches is 2.17 billion per year.The ecological compensation amount of Yangcheng Lake area,Hangjia Lake area,Pudong and Puxi area is 0.39 billion per year,1.76 billion per year,0.02 billion per year respectively,accounting for 18%,81% and 1% respectively.
