The effects of pH value, dispersant, solid loading, the mass fraction of AM and the ratio of MBAM to AM on the rheology behavior of suspension were discussed in detail. At the same time, the experiment aimed to study the effects of Nano-Al2O3 alumina addition and the effects of different sintering ways on sintering properties and micro-structure of zirconia ceramic by single factor variable method. The major works and results are summarized as follows:The absolute value of zeta potential can reach maximum value when the pH value of slurry with 0.3wt% dispersant were about 10. That were in favour of obtaining lower viscosity slurry and better green body. It can be seen that the viscosity of the suspensions decreases with increasing mass fraction of AM when the mass fraction of monomer is lower than 1.0wt%. And the viscosity of the suspensions increases with increasing mass fraction of AM when the mass fraction of monomer is higher than 1.0wt%. The viscosity of the suspensions decreases with increasing mass fraction of dispersant when the mass fraction of dispersant is lower than 0.3wt%. And the viscosity of the suspensions increases with increasing mass fraction of PEG when the mass fraction of dispersant is higher than 0.3wt%. The viscosity of the suspensions decreases with increasing the ratio of MBAM to AM when the ratio of MBAM to AM lower than 1/20. And the viscosity of the suspensions increases with increasing mass fraction of AM when the ratio of MBAM to AM higher than 1/20.Optimized conventional sintering temperature of ZrO2 ceramic is 1600? for 120min with the hardness of 740.9MPa and relative density of 85.15%. When the sintering temperature is 1550? for 30min the hardness and relative density of ZrO2 ceramic were 1337.5MPa and 93.19%by microwave sintering. It can be seen that the dielectric constant of ZrO2 ceramic by microwave sintering change little and the dielectric loss is close to zero. So the effect of the sintering condition on the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss is little. The hardness and relative density of ZrO2 ceramic were 1337.5MPa and 93.19% when the sintering temperature is 1400? for 5min by SPS and the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of ZrO2 ceramic achieve maximum.The comparison of different sintering ways preparing ZrO2 ceramic. It can be seen that compared to conventional sintering SPS and microwave sintering greatly shorten the time and decrease temperature.But the samples prepared by SPS and microwave sintering have higher relative density and better micro-structure.
