In this article, the problems of practical application in the mine of hydraulic monorail hoist heavy transportation equipment are analyzed and studied:the method of brake disc combined with hydraulic motor of lifting device of the brake, the volume is too big as well as the quality.On one hand, lessen the ascension of materials, equipment space, on the other hand, increased the weight of the machine, which need to provide a larger driving force, lead to the pressure of the hydraulic system, Driving device adopts the way of hydraulic motor and friction wheel combination,sliding wear and defects will appear in friction wheel cause the higher late maintenance cost.Improvement design scheme is put forward to solve above problems, lifting device adopts the disc brake motor, effectively reduce weight, smaller volume, so as to increase the ascension of materials, equipment space and reduce the pressure of hydraulic-system; Driving device adopts the way of hydraulic motor and gear rack combination, effectively solve the phenomenon of the existence of friction wheel skid, easy to wear.By theoretical analysis, structural design the main components of the monorail hoist heavy transport device with SolidWorks software, including lifting device, driving device and auxiliary device. Lifting device including lifting cylinder, disc brake motor and drive gear (sprocket chain), drive including drive shell, hydraulic motor and drive gear (gear and rack), auxiliary device including orbit, suspension components and hydraulic cylinder.For lifting device and the drive of the important parts finite element analysis. Statics analysis of lifting shell and driver, dynamic analysis on the gear reducer and gear rack. For lifting device and the drive of the important parts finite element analysis. Finally, optimization design should be used for the key parts of lifting device lifting shell.Through the research of the above, this topic design improvements of the monorail hoist heavy transport device can improve the problems of hydraulic monorail volume, heavy weight and skid, easy to wear, and the structure is simple, the price is cheap but can meet the practical requirements, transport materials and equipment can be convenient and flexible.
