As a new type of renewable energy, the promotion and use of biodiesel can reduce the dependence on fossil fuels and the environmental pollution. But there was some difference of petrochemical diesel in composition, easy oxidation, unfavorable to storage, thus affecting the use of biodiesel, and in the traditional diesel engine burning of biodiesel, is likely to fuel system performance on the effects of rubber, metal, these parts include the rubber cylinder, piston ring, oil seal, and fuel tank, etc., thus affect the engine operation and reliability, its oxidation stability and compatibility of materials need further research.First of all, three kinds of biodiesel are prepared from rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil.using sodium hydroxide as catalyst, including the determination of physicochemical property and analysis of its composition by GC-MC.Secondly, Method of Rancimat was used to determine the induction period of three kinds of biodiesel at 110 degrees, and to improve the oxidation stability of biodiesel by two methods, which are combined with different proportion of No.0 Diesel and adding antioxidants. Results show that The induction period of PME at 110? meets the requirements of the national standard, which can effectively improve the oxidation stability of RME and CSME by blending and adding antioxidants.After recording 80 days nitrile and fluororubber's mass and inside and outside diameter change, pure biodiesel and blended oil by biodiesel and and adding antioxidants biodiesel for the influence of rubber swelling by 55? static immersion method. Results show that Nitrile butadiene rubber in different biodiesel produced different degrees of swelling, and swelling properties of fluorine rubber is relatively stable, it's swelling degree is relatively smaller.Finally, using static immersion and dynamic rotation method at 55?, through within 90 days of cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy mass and appearance changes, studying pure biodiesel and blended oil by biodiesel and adding antioxidants biodiesel for the metal corrosion effect. Results show that biodiesel for has significant effect of immersion on iron and copper, has no obvious effect on the Aluminum Alloy and stainless steel.
