The movement and deformation of ground above goaf caused by coal seam ming has attracted people’s attention. Surface movement and deformation bring human a certain degree of harm. The impact to surface differs with different mining conditions. Nowadays, the contradictory between the national economic development of demand for coal and coal resources decreasing is aggravated, therefore, in order to improve the production and recovery of coal resources, mining activities toward the deeper coal seam. At the same time, coal residue left over earlier that is valuabe has been exploited gradually. The influence to surface of buried deeper residual coal mining compared with shallow depth of residual coal mining is distinguished.In this paper, the content is study the resulting surface movement and deformation law caused by ming of Hedong coal field that is buried in deep area. Seam repeated mining mine residues upstream sequence mining. The study use similar simulation experimental to simulate ming of the upper and lower seam, which is based on the actual geological mining conditions. And take a proportional analog to design coal seam and the overburden. Firstly, simulate mining of the under coal, then the uper coal. And monitor the overlying strata and surface deformation based on monitoring data to analyze the movement and deformation of the surface.For better study the law of surface deformation caused by residual coal mining in order, the article also use FLAC numerical calculation. According to the actual conditions of the two coal, consideration the bit coal mining thickness, the upper residual coal mining depth and differenct moving distance design different calculation model. With the minig data through the displacement cloud and the measuring point, and the basis of the comparative study of the different models, analyzes and summarizes the conditions under the depth of residual coal repeated mining to surface deformation of law.Comprehensive analysis the results of similar comprehensive simulation and FLAC numerical, abtain the movement law of surface caused by mining uper legaced coal. And pointed out the danger zone and stable region of the surface, which is commercial for a certain significance to the related industrial activities on the top surface above goaf.
